We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in IT business who can on-board customers and businesses through lead generation in order to increase the clientele for our organization.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in verbal and written English and must have a prior sales experience in IT and Outsourcing company.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Developing & executing a growth strategy focused both on lead generation and customer on-boarding.
· Identifying potential business clients, identifying key decision makers and extract their contact information.
· Conducting research to identify markets and customer needs
· Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
· Creating initial documentation and proposals for projects and overseeing development of the requirement specifications, functional specifications of any new and upcoming projects.
Requirements:
• Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
• Experience with Online Business Development Tools
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience of cold-calls, warm-calls, lead-closure and generating project proposal
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
