What we require from Recruiter Quality Based Target which is given below.

Clear progression path by

Taking ownership of the Entire Recourse Process from;

1. Generating leads and building your database of CV contacts.

2. Making Phone calls to Filtering CVs according to job position

3. Self-quality clearing Candidates.

4. Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensuring the best potential matches for vacancies.

5. Attracting the best caliber candidates utilizing all methods available to you, including job board websites and our extensive database.

6. Booking the candidates in to our UK Office as per our demands

7. Work on exciting recruitment projects plus ad hoc duties.

In return you will get:

1. First 4 weeks volunteer work / Training – Company will pay only travel and Lunch cost of 8000 per month

2. Full training and career progression plan would be provided by RSM Top jobs

3. Company will offer a monthly salary of 18,000-20,000 per month after completion of training period.

4. Once you start achieving weekly/monthly targets then company will promote you from Trainee Recruiter to Recruiter and offer you 22,000 – 27,000 basic salary.

5. Once you are working as Recruiter, you would benefit earning an un-capped bonus – normally recruiter earn 10,000 – 20,000 per month other than basic salary.
