Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication Management: Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for internal and external meetings.
Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Project Assistance: Support the executive in managing and tracking ongoing projects and initiatives.
Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Office Management: Assist with general office duties as needed, including ordering supplies, organizing files, and supporting team events.
