Niaz Pvt Ltd is the manufacturer and marketer of Pakistan’s childhood snack, Top Pops.
The Covid-19 pandemic is leading to a major shift to online delivery of Top Pops.
To directly reach and satisfy the demanding online customers of Top Pops, we plan to streamline and upgrade our factory.
We need a computer savvy engineer with strong academic background and proven practical skills of at least 7 years to manage our factory.
Punctual and disciplined in routine work with data based tasks and time management
Good hands-on engineering know how, electronic, electric or mechanical. Knowledge of PLC and Auto CAD would be preferred
Sound and steady knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment through online research
Positive thinking and problem solving attitude with passion to take the factory forward
Ready online computer skills with experience of Email, Google Drive and Social Networking
Drafting and preparation of analytical reports on all the operational as well as planning issues of the factory with detailed implementations plans
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with organizational and leadership ability
Help in recruiting, managing, motivating and developing human resources to persistently achieve factory targets without compromising on the security, safety and hygiene
Help in establishing and executing standard control processes for proper quality control
Efficient deployment and periodical review of all factory resources so as to produce optimal results
Daily production planning and data based evaluation of performance and resolution of operational issues
Repair & maintenance schedules to ensure that factory machinery and equipment is in good working condition at all times
Maintain stores and oversee logistics to ensure efficient use of energy, gas, transport and materials
Help in product development with new materials and processes
