We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organised Marketeer to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in marketing our product to new clients and Building business relationships with current and potential clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, Field marketing or digital resources
Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
Receive and report on all sales leads
Supervise deliveries and recoveries.
Regularly collect cash recoveries, Cheques and feedback from existing customer
Meet all sales and recovery quotas and goals
Regular ledger reconciliation with customer.

NiG & NiM was mainly focused on fruits only and primarily wholesale to local retailers. Now it plans to expand its business and with the new name www.Marzi.pk, under this name it will sell direct to the public and instead of purchasing from land lords it will purchase directly from local farmers. In its expanded market, it will bring its commitment of quality, freshness and great prices to the public. By purchasing in large quantities it is able to pass the savings on to its customer. The main objective of NiG & NiM is to change the whole business model of Fruit and vegetable by skipping the middlemen in this model
