To provide full assistance to Group Head Quality Control for smooth running of Laboratory at NIMIR- Group while following the Safety and Quality Assurance Policy & Procedures.

Responsibilities and Tasks

To ensure the lab results are accurate responsible for the Lab staff training on test methods and SOP,s
To Monitor and reported the raw materials & finished Product on daily basis.
To report immediately in case of abnormal results of raw & finished products to concern departments.
To Evaluate the Analyst testing accuracy through surprise testing on quarterly basis.
To review the stock levels of glass ware / chemicals.
To ensure the Calibration of analytical instruments daily and yearly basis.
To Update, revise, and maintain the Laboratory Quality Manual, standard operating procedures and other quality documents,
To perform and documents corrective action, including follow-up to gauge the effectiveness of the corrective action. To perform analytical tests in the laboratory as assigned by the Executive manager and immediately report any problems with test, instruments or results to the Executive Manager.
To perform Lab administrative duties by receiving samples from customers as needed.
Calculating and recording analytical results in the appropriate log book.
To maintain chemicals /instruments traceability records documenting QA/QC requirements and generating control charts.
Perform the following routine Laboratory duties.
Keep Lab area clean and organized.
Perform routine repairs and maintenance of lab equipment.
Monitor the status of lab chemical supplies.

Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry (Analytical)

Experience: 10+ Years

Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited was incorporated as an unquoted public limited company on November 30, 1989 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 by Ravi Group as Ravi Chemicals Limited. The name of the company was later changed to Hoechst Ravi Chemicals Limited on August 7, 1994 as a result of a joint venture with Hoechst. The name was further changed to Celanese Pakistan Limited on November 18, 1997 In 1998 Hoechst divested all its shareholding to Nimir due to its global restructuring. Resultantly the name of the company was changed to Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited on August 2, 1999. We proud of our technical and experienced engineers who are ready to face any challenge regarding plant installation, commissioning, expansion, maintenance and production.
