The responsibilities of the showroom Manager will be as follows:

1. Looking after the overall functioning of showroom.

2. Work as and with Sales Team to maximize sales and profitability of the store and devise marketing strategies and plans in order to reach the monthly goals.

3. To make sure the sales floor is visually appealing and inviting towards customers.

4. S/He will be responsible for sourcing potential furniture store sales associates, preparation of all staffs’ payroll and making track of attendance of all staff.

5. As a showroom manager, the incumbent is to motivate and develop a team that is focused on customer satisfaction and the enhancement of revenue. Further training for sales associates on how to sell and deal with their customers.

6. To ensure satisfactory service to the customers, monitor sales activities, handle customer complaints and provide solutions, coordinate with factory, clients, and contractors for operational matters.

Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited was incorporated as an unquoted public limited company on November 30, 1989 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 by Ravi Group as Ravi Chemicals Limited. The name of the company was later changed to Hoechst Ravi Chemicals Limited on August 7, 1994 as a result of a joint venture with Hoechst. The name was further changed to Celanese Pakistan Limited on November 18, 1997 In 1998 Hoechst divested all its shareholding to Nimir due to its global restructuring. Resultantly the name of the company was changed to Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited on August 2, 1999. We proud of our technical and experienced engineers who are ready to face any challenge regarding plant installation, commissioning, expansion, maintenance and production.
