NineSol Technologies is looking for an HR Manager with multiple years of experience who is an HR Majors from a reputable university and has worked under different scopes of HR. The candidate must be able to work under pressure and must adhere to deadlines. Job description:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy by demonstrating excellent leadership skills.
Workforce management through different platforms
Employee tracking and creating escalations for breaches under the rule of conducts
Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
Manages talent acquisition process, which may include technical recruitment, talent management, and selection.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues followed by a people-oriented and result-driven approach.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, attendance/leave management, performance management, culture building, employee turnover management, and disciplinary matters.
Administering pre-employment tests
Manage onboarding and exit processes along with the latest trends in IT Sector.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decisive attitude to be able to make the right call in every situation and think and act fast in order to avert a crisis.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, attendance/leave management, performance management, culture building, employee turnover management, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Communicate with managers to resolve issues with payroll
Reports to the CEO to support the organization.

Skills:

Majors in HR
Multiple years of experience. Experience in software house will be plus.
Successful work experience as a Human Resources Manager
Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development)
Commitment to staying current on the understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making
Strength of character, ethics, and commitment, and reliability
