Nippon Paint’s Management Associate Program (MAP) is an 18-month business & operational skills development program which is carefully crafted as part of our talent management initiative to nurture and develop young talents in fuelling the Company’s insatiable appetite for growth. If you are selected, you will have the opportunity to KICK-START your training in Malaysia. You will be sent to our Malaysian HQ for defined duration of intensive training. Upon completion, your career development will continue in your home country whereby you will go through further job specialization exposure in one of our unique career tracks.

Established in the year 1881 in Japan, Nippon Paint has more than 136 years of history to its credit, bringing its customers cutting edge coating solutions that meet their most diverse needs.
