Main duties and responsibilities:

Proactively working on the daily work schedule for the teams
Responsible to generate the demand for the material and the required quantities (BOQs)
Ensuring that material is delivered timely with the agreed quality and quantity
Responsible to manage the quality of the work as per the agreed standards
Ensuring the attendance of the labour / workforce
Managing the pace of the work according to the project plan, preparing the daily work report and feedback to CEO regarding the project delays

Required qualification and experience:

Degree / diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years experience in the relevant sector
Experience of managing multiple teams
Strong financial management skills
Experience of working on MS office
