Overview:

NKU Technologies is a Software Products & Services Company. We need the services of a young and aspiring leader with 2-3 years of sales experience in the software industry. The selected person is supposed to work closely with the director to assist in developing a sales strategy and streamlining the sales function. This is an ideal opportunity for emerging leaders who are willing to take the next role in their carrier.

Purpose

The selected candidate is supposed to help us in

1. expanding our client base.

2. stimulating sustainable financial growth by increasing sales.

Experience & Responsibilities: 

1. Investigate business opportunities and devise a sales strategy by analyzing products & services the offering of the company and the market trends.

2. Generating leads and reaching out to potential customers.

3. Result orient sales experience using different online platforms e.g., Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, and authentic online portals.

4. Seek out the appropriate contact in a prospect organization.

5. Cold calling to the prospects.

6. Manage meetings with the customers mostly online.

7. Prepare quotes and proposals for the customers.

8. Create, train, and lead the business development team and the sales strategy.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in the same role in the Computer Software Industry.

2. Proficient user of a sales management system (ideally Salesforce).

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with international clients.

4. The candidate should be able to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

5. Should be able to work according to different time zones.

6. Minimum Bachelors in the relevant area of study, technical background of IT is a plus.
