Seeking an executive Chef to oversee BarBQ Restaurant.
- Experienced in opening and developing a new restaurant
- Oversees a culinary team of up to 20
- Responsible for all operating and capital budgets
- Trains and develops entire culinary team
- Recruits cooks and chefs as needed
- Works closely with vendors in ensuring food product meets standards
- Ensures food safety and kitchen cleanliness
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in an executive kitchen position
- Demonstrated knowledge of current restaurant industry trends
- Must possess culinary creativity
- Strong knowledge of local, state and federal food sanitation regulations
- Comfortable providing direction and supervision to kitchen staff
