Job Responsibilities:

Assist the management on day-to-day management of outpatient-based retail clinics to ensure each clinic operates in an efficient and effective manner to deliver the highest standards of patient care whilst achieving the expected performance metrics
Work closely with the network of clinics to support the implementation of approved changes in the delivery of healthcare systems (e.g. workflow processes, technological developments etc)
Oversee the ongoing maintenance and upgradation of clinics across the network to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of clinics remains in line with the expected standards, which includes equipment, IT assets and furniture etc.
Identify and pursue opportunities of continual improvements across all aspects of clinical operations for all outpatient-based retail clinics
Manage the office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
Prepare and maintain the operations documents and reports.
Assist the project management team by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
