KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

CLINICAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT Oversee the day-to-day management of clinics to ensure each clinic operates in an efficient and effective manner to deliver the highest standards of patient care whilst achieving the expected performance metrics

  •  Lead the development and implementation operational policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure all clinics across the network operate in accordance with the patient care compliance standards
  •  Set and cascade performance targets/KPIs which include financial, operational, patient care targets and regularly review, monitor, and report on performance of each clinical
  •  Work closely with the network of clinics to support the implementation of approved changes in the delivery of healthcare systems (e.g., workflow processes, technological developments etc)
  •  Oversee the ongoing maintenance and upgradation of clinics across the network to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of clinics remains in line with the expected standards which includes equipment, IT assets and furniture etc
  •  Drive a culture of transformational patient care across the network of clinics by promoting the highest standard of cultural values, standardisation, equality, and empathy in every interaction with patients and their families 
  •  Work closely with the marketing team and clinics across the network to promote the visibility and accessibility of all clinics and any new services
  •  Identify and pursue opportunities of continual improvements across all aspects of clinical operations for all outpatient-based retail clinics

BUSINESS OPERATIONS

  •  Work closely with the senior management team to plan and implement the roll out of new clinics and/or enhanced clinical programs and services which includes assuring the necessary resources are available to support roll out plans
  •  Develop and implementation sort, medium and long-term plans, and financial budgets for the network of clinics which includes of clinic specific financial and healthcare metrics report on any variance in actual versus planned
  •  Collect, interpret, and evaluate patient feedback (qualitative & statistical data) to ascertain of patient satisfaction levels and use data to make continue improvement in the provision of outpatient healthcare services
  •  Build and maintain professional relationships with client’s/service providers

ADMINISTRATIVE

  •  Prepare and implement staffing schedules across the network of clinics to ensure outpatient services are readily available through face-to-face or phone consultations and work closely with HR to source, select and on boarding of new joiners
  •  Develop and maintain a robust document management system for all clinical operations related documentation and prepare regular/adhoc management reports

Set and communicate performance expectations to team members and provide coaching to the team to address development areas that will enhance individual and team performance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • BSN or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare/MHA/MPH
  •  Certification in healthcare management preferred  
  •  Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience preferably 8 years with a at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Working experience in JCI accredited health care facility is preferred

SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND SEPCIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff
  •  Must be able to make effective decisions in response to a dynamic, critical, demand led environment.
  •  Appropriate exposure, experience, and competence in all aspects of general practice. 
  •  Certification in Basic Life Support 
  •  Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  •  Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  •  Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders and business partners
  •  Ability to anticipate the long-term impact of all decisions and take a broad approach to problem solving. 
  •  Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  •  Able to plan and organise effectively
  •  Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office/computer literacy
  •  Strong team player internal and cross functional teams

The job holder must hold a valid driver’s licence and be able to travel to Noor Care locations in central Punjab & Southern Punjab.
