Customer Sales Agent

As a Noori Travel Customer Sales Agent Retail you’ll be helping our customers plan their once in a lifetime pilgrimage. You will need fantastic communication skills but we’ll also make sure you receive quality training to help you develop a clear career path within the travel industry. You will be promoting a wide range of exciting Hajj / Umrah packages. You’ll also be selling visas so there’s a lot to keep you busy!

We have 3 offices across the UK. We like to treat our customers like family. To make sure we are available when our customers need us some of our stores are open in the evening and over the weekend, so you’ll need to be flexible with your working hours. We operate on variable shifts to cover this but we’ll make sure you know your shift pattern at least 2 weeks in advance.

What will you need to succeed?

· Being enthusiastic and confident when delivering consistent outstanding customer service

Some experience of being a sales or customer agent.

Outstanding communication skills

Travel experience isn’t necessary but would be really useful

A fun and confident personality

· You’ll need to be good at the IT stuff as we use a number of systems (but don’t worry, we’ll train you on these)

· Dealing with Clients is the key task.

· Candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.

· Experienced professionals shall be preferred.

· Candidates which have good communication skills and good command in English are encouraged to apply.
