The ideal candidate must have experience in the textile industry, specifically the export business.
He should be proficient in MS Office and have hands-on experience with an accounting software.
Role would be to assist the Export Manager in preparing various export related documentation as well as handling routine book keeping, reporting and documentation tasks.
Some of the specific responsibilities include:-
Export Functions:-
1. Prepare export documents - order confirmations, packing list, invoice etc.
2. Oversee container dispatches - record cartons being loaded, matching articles shipped with orders, update on packing list etc.
3. Prepare various regulatory data e.g. Form EE, DLTL, custom rebate etc.
Accounts Functions:-
1. Maintain excel record of daily production of various departments
2. Prepare monthly payroll
3. Maintain inventory records for weaving being done from third party mills
4. Prepare monthly inventory report
5. Provide periodic reporting to upper management e.g. export performance, cost breakdowns etc.
6. Prepare documentation required for various certifications such as BSCI, GOTS, Oeko-Tex
