The successful candidate is likely to be AAT qualified or qualified/part qualified ACCA with recent experience of bookkeeping/accounting gained either in practice or industry for a minimum 2 years.

We will also consider you if you are not qualified but have significant experience(over 6 years) of working in the accounting /bookkeeping role.
Knowledge and experience of working on Sage Line 50, QuickBooks and Xero accounting software are advantageous.
Full training will be provided Ability to speak and write good English is a must as you will be required to speak with our UK clients on the phone or communicate with them via emails on a regular basis.

The firm is growing and there is a lot of opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the organization and manage this Branch for us in the next 5 years or so.

The duties will include:

Maintaining and analyzing sales and purchase ledgers
Appropriately coding and posting supplier invoices
Processing sales/Purchase invoices, receipts and payments
Recording bank transactions
Bank reconciliations
Resolving bookkeeping queries and liaising with clients and UK team members
Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
Completing VAT returns for UK clients
Completing and Processing Payroll for UK clients
Undertaking bookkeeping to trial balance using Sage, QuickBooks & XERO
Prepare management account for a portfolio of clients on a monthly basis.
Additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management Profile For the Bookkeeper/Senior Accountant role you
Must have experience in a Bookkeeping/accounting role for a minimum of 2years.
Qualified AAT or Part Qualified ACCA.
An ability to work quickly and accurately
An eye for detail
An ability to work to deadlines
Great organization skills
Good Excel & Computer Skills
Can work under pressure
