We are looking for a Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Novus Altair Pakistan to take on full responsibility for bringing forth new ideas and marketing/sales campaigns that will be able to drive brand, leads, and business objectives. Looking for a full-stack salesperson that has a proven track record of B2B, B2G, and B2C sales.
- Take ownership of all B2B, B2C and B2G overall marketing activities for lead generation
- Ability to successfully negotiate and close business deals
- Growth Hacker mentality - someone that understands and loves tools, technology and is able to leverage new tactics and techniques.
- Create a strategy to engage with clients for long-term on multiple projects
- Closely work with the product development team to understand the business and to provide instant feedback about filling any gap in products
- Formulate sales and marketing plans according to available resources whilst successfully launching products and services to target market
- Hands on preparation of proposals, quotations, contracts and other business development processes
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition alongside conversion rates for optimization
- Propose, plan and implement creative approaches and growth-hacking techniques
- Being able to collaborate with specific channel marketing such as electronic and social media to identify areas for growth
- Identify industry trends and insights
- Leading the content strategy, content is king and you must have demonstrated excellent copywriting skills across email, ads, and blogs
- Website and conversion rate optimization, you will be responsible for driving changes, improvements and ideas for core footprint online - working with designers and developers
- SEO - intermediate understanding of how to ensure we drive organic traffic from a technical and content point of view
- Analytics, you know tools like Excel, semrush, Google data studios, etc to understand performance and number to make improvement and judgments
- Conduct and present a competitive analysis and market research
- Prepare monthly sales forecasting reports, regular business and financial growth reports and present to Directors and other Stakeholders
- Misc., we’re a startup in Pakistan- so prepare for ad-hoc projects and other tasks to drive business growth
Qualifications & Experience :
- MBA or Master Degree in Marketing / IT /Sales or similar
- At least 5 years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales Manager or similar role.
- Experience of successfully launching of products will be added advantage.
- Previous experience with growth hacking tools and in sales including B2B B2G and B2C
- Strong understanding of technology, digital transformation and how it can be used to solve business challenges
- A self-starter with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (both face to face and on the phone), good writing skills for drafting, editing and proofing
- Ability to work on MS Office(Excel, Word, PPT), PDF and ability to work in IT environment(computer/internet/emails) efficiently
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
