Part-time/freelance mobile application developer required:

We are a start-up based in Lahore and require on contract basis, part-time/freelance mobile application developer.

Skills & Experience:

Have a bachelors in Computer Science or relevant field.
Have at least 1-year proven work experience in mobile application development (provide history of applications release with their links on the play-store or other app stores). Cross platform experience shall be preferred.
Must have excellent UI design skills demonstrable through past-experience (Slick usability and attractive apps)
Have experience with programming languages.
Have experience with third party libraries and APIs
Experience of developing apps with chat, calendar, forms filling and reporting, file sharing and e-commerce (incorporation of payment gateways) and cloud- servers shall be preferred.
Must have a good mathematical aptitude, ability to learn quickly, ability to interpret and follow technical plans, problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
Candidate must be currently residing in Pakistan and must be available for discussion/updates on projects, preferably but not necessarily in Lahore.
Successfully complete a test project and demonstrate good development potential (Candidate shall be paid for the duration of test project completion).

Job Description:

Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
Design interfaces to improve user experience
Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
Work in team and have good organizational aptitude
Meet requirements of the organizational objectives and goals.
