Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented “Assistant Manager Retail Audit”. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring that they are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits of retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to retail teams on areas for improvement and work with them to implement changes.
Traveling to different cities and conducting audits.
Analyze audit results and prepare reports for senior management.
Provide training to retail teams on policies and procedures.
Investigate and resolve any issues related to cash or inventory discrepancies.
Verifying the accuracy and reliability of financial reports and records.

Requirements:

Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable
Ensuring that assets are protected
Strong proficiency in financial practices
Preparing reports and financial statements
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
