Canadian Call Center Looking for Male / Female Limousine Dispatcher
We are one of the leading Call Centers looking for confident Male / Female representative to receive calls from Canada for Limousine service, with experience such as
Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department.
Communicate with limousine and shuttle drivers to ensure constant status and location.
Communicate through a multi-line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests.
Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes.
Build and maintain the daily limo board.
Order extra limousines from outside companies for special events and areas outside average driving distances when needed.
Control driver overtime and outsourcing to a minimum.
Prioritize guest reservations /dispatches.
Troubleshoot complex problems and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas.
Offering 33000 basic Salary + Great Commission and bonuses.
Shift Timings 3rd shift (Rotating)
