Project location: Wazirabad,Punjab,PakistanSpecific Duties:

Data collection

  • Ensure the completeness of the records collected from the medical departments
  • Follow the field protocole

Data encoding

  • Ensure the completeness and integrity of data encoded in the system on a timely basis / as scheduled

Report generation

  • Generate the reports as scheduled with data that is complete and with integrity
  • Submit required reports and files on time

Database and system maintenance including hardware

  • Do backups as scheduled, with Log Programme and Logistics specialists - ICT as referent
  • Report problems encountered in the system at once to supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness and take proper care of equipment used for the database system
  • Report any problems of hardware and software at one to supervisor

Working Schedule:

  • Working hours specified according to the Internal Regulations, which may require to go on a shift schedule.

Qualifications

  • 2 year Paramedical technician diploma or
  • 2 year Bachelor's degree

Experiences:

  • Experience in data encoding in medical setup is desired
  • Experience with MSF or INGO is an advantage

Knowledge and Skills

  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Other Languages are added advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and use of computers
  • Good knowledge of Karachi and Macher Colony and its culture
