We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team.

Requirements

Past Experience with Large Scale Residential & Commercial Projects
Strong grip on the overall execution of projects. Grey structure & finishing works (carpentry, paint, plaster, floor works, aluminum works, etc.)
3-5 years experience in relevant field
Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
Great organizational and leadership skills

Qualification:

DAE Civil

Responsibilities

Supervising and managing the construction team as well as subcontractors
Know how to write progress reports
Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance
Ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency
