Experience Required - Proven working experience in construction management or 1 Year - Relevant to managing construction sites is a bonus

Qualification Required - B.S.C Civil Engineering

Job Location - Lahore, Pakistan

Responsibilities

Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
Reviewing the project in depth - making and implementing schedules with the guidance of the senior managers
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations as well as following the design methodology
Finding - appointing - and maintaining relationships with Oakmont's vendors
Coordinating with multiple vendors to ensure on time completion and maintain optimal pace
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Review work progress on a daily basis and report to the seniors
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to the sites on demand
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Analyze - manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Job Brief

We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to plan projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects
