Senior Accounts / Finance Executive

Executive it is expected to, but not limited to perform the following duties:

2 - 3 years of experience required at least. Salary bracket is according to this experience.
Manage company bank accounts, finances and ledgers in sheets.
Control customer invoicing, vendor’s payments, purchase orders issuance, FBR taxation consolidation.
Manage taxation including all tax returns periodically and FBR notices with coordinating with nominated external finance consultant.
Review all quotes/costings/invoices and issue POs with approval in a timely manner.
Assist in developing business plan, timeline and budget to perform financial projects.
Create financial budgets and heads for parking the purchasing.
Monitor and manage expenditures / expenses within allotted budget.
Develop and maintain standard financial and administrative procedures.
Work closely with Core Team in preparation of business plan and operational budget.
Review accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in implementing standard accounting policies.
Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all financial records.
Supervise preparation of all monthly and annual finance reports in a timely fashion.
Supervise and manage payroll processing and tax filing activities.
Provide training and guidance to teams as needed to understand legal matters.
Identify and resolve financial and administrative issues and get the audit conducted.
Monthly closing and consolidation of accounts including expenses, purchasing, payments to vendors, customer payments and recoveries.
