Requirements:

 

  • Maintain staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures, systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Maintain office environment, train personnel, allocate responsibilities and office space.
  • Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc) by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Facilitates communication among employees and management. May guide managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.
  • Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
  • Report, investigate and resolve violations to internal controls, policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Ensure organizational policies and practices are in line with government rules and regulations.
