A successful Admin Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.

  •  Responsible and maintain / update the all-administration related office record.
  • Responsible to provide / manage the accommodation for insider and outsider.
  • Responsible and ensure the housekeeping of the whole offices.
  • Clear the payment vouchers of daily expense.
  • Organize the in house and external events.
  • Assist to Manager Admin on his requirement and complete the all-tasks day to day.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Knowledge of office management system, procedures and professional ethics, work manners with the team.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning admin tasks and expediting work results.
  • Ensure the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Supports the team by performing tasks related to the organization.
  • Coordination with administrative vendors, inspection and scrutiny of bills.
  • Any other task assigned by the management/supervisor.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing etc.
  • Arrange travel , mess and accommodations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulations
  • Supervise the efficient use of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
  • Plan and organize the purchase of office supplies in accordance with purchasing policies and budgets
  • Maintain a pleasant and secure working environment
  • Act as liaison with other departments and divisions
