We are looking for an expert CSR - Client Support Executive with NATIVE AMERICAN ACCENT (A MUST) to join our team and resolve custom queries of our Amazon store. Salary will be PAID IN USD.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve complex client issues through incident recognition, research, and isolation.
- Determine and record inbound requests and ensure customer issues bear proper notation.
- Research and resolve each client interaction to their utmost satisfaction.
- Capture client information and problem-solving processes such as decisions made, actions involved, and final resolution.
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior Client Support experience working in the eCommerce industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. AMERICAN ACCENT IS A MUST.
- Strong time management skills
Work Shift:
- 5 Days in a week work shift. Monday-Friday.
- 9:00 AM EST till 6:00 PM EST (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Standard time)
