We are looking for a brilliant Sales Representative to join our ever-growing team who is willing to do wonders and grow. 

As a Sales Manager/Representative, you'll be

  • Creating outbound pipeline with publishers, ad networks, AdTech and game studios
  • Research new prospects through various channels (web, social media, LinkedIn, etc) to assess potential.
  • Conduct lead qualification calls and provide a high-level pitch about inhouse technology solutions and services.
  • Route and handoff leads to internal teams based on predetermined qualification criteria.
  • Ability to multitask, creating prospect list and prioritize a large list of prospects.
  • Maintain engagement with leads through proactive follow-up communications.
  • Innovate and test creative ways to improve conversion rate of leads.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members on best practices and processes.
  • Monitor and provide suggestions to improve lead processes, metrics, and external communication to maximize success.

Qualifications

  • Native/Fluent English speaker - Able to read, write and speak fluently in a business setting.
  • Ambition and a self-starter mentality. You’re ready to dive head first, learn, and grow with the company.
  • Client service focused. Create a great first impression for new by providing them with a best in class experience and customized solutions.
  • You’re personable, a clear and direct communicator, and can make connections with both prospects and internal teams.
  • You have the ability to self-motivate, prioritize and manage unstructured time.
  • You are organized and can manage to communicate and engage with a large number of leads.
  • A strong passion for, and knowledge of, digital marketing and monetization solutions.
  • Reliable, independent, self-starter who wants to grow within the company.
  • Comfortable on Zoom meetings speaking to and vetting leads.
  • You have the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with change.

- 1 year of sales or digital advertising experience is preferred.
