1. Understanding customers needs and catering them in a very courteous manner
2. Establishing close relationship with regular clients
3. Replying comments and messaging clients asap
4. Taking orders and reporting them to manufacturing department via company system
5. Coordinating with other team members
6. Learning about new and old products to educate customers
7. Resolving customer problems in an amicable way
8. Taking initiatives in times of emergency
9. Should attend all company meetings and training sessions Special
