We are looking for Fresh and Experienced Telemarketing Executives for USA based project.
Applicants with positive attitude, good listening and communication skills will preferred.
Applicants with following skills would qualify:
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Previous Call Center Experience (Preferred)
- Must be able to handle calls outbound (Sales)
- Follow Script for all calls.
- Understand nature of call and action according to relevant procedure.
- Update correct information.
- Confirm key details with caller before ending call
- Transfer calls to correct departments when required using appropriate transfer procedure
