Deployment/Upgrade/Re-installations of edge applications (fixes/patches)
Application Troubleshooting Expert
Use Data analytics and data mining tools to identify the persistent issues and to forecast the future risks.
Research and resolve issues such as documentation requests, repeat issues, escalated follow-up as appropriate, recommend any process improvements and provide shift turn over status.
Perform notification and escalation of the incident in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
Resolve complex queries that bypassed all levels.
Modify the system according to the latest requirement and maintain the change management strategy.
Intermediate Level knowledge and experience of SQL, C++, Python, Java
Research new technologies and identify the impact of using the new technology.
Research for the hardware equipment that will be suitable for tolling operations in extreme weather conditions.
Provide full support to SMT’s in troubleshooting of minor & medium Issues.
Coordinate and engage with Software Dept for major issues & updates related to all aspects of application.
Have a weekly session with Software Dept on occurred issues and problems for future reference.
Have a monthly session with Software Dept on any changes/ updates/ upgrades/ fixes in application.
Part of deployment team in on-going deployments on motorways.
Knowledge on M-Tag Database basic functionalities, basic troubleshooting and monitoring.
Coordination with DB and application team for early resolution of major issues.
