We urgently require experienced Customer Success Agents with EXCELLENT ENGLISH speaking,listening and writing skills.
Having Experience in handling Calls is a must.
Having Technical Knowledge of basic Software will be preferred.
- Answer to customer inquiries/communications by way of call and e-mail
- Having excellent written English to answer to e-mails
- Having excellent spoken English to communicate with clients on call
- Manage certain software used by the company.
Candidates having prior experience working with foreign clients will be preferred.
