We are an inbound support office for several minicab/taxi companies in the UK.
The primary objective is answering phone calls from across the world and taking bookings for journeys.
Our agents adhere to international standards with excellent English & outstanding customer care.

Our offices are based in Lahore.
We ideally require UK return candidates who understand London and its geography.
However, all applicants must be based in Lahore.

Main Duties:

Handling inbound calls and processing customer bookings, reservations and inquiries
Building relationships with new and existing customers and corporate clients
Managing travel and journey issues on behalf of our customers via Real time in-house tracking systems and applications
Case creation for customer complaints
Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity and quality targets set

Essential Requirements:

Good command of the English language
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate with good keyboard skills
Call centre and/or customer service experience
Previous experience in a customer support role.
Exceptional Communication Skills in the English Language is mandatory for this role.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Candidates having working knowledge and understanding of Ghost, Icabbi and Cordic will be preferred.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Preference will be given to candidates having:

Taxi or similar travel booking experience
Customer service experience
Working knowledge of any cab dispatch system
Lived in London for 2-3 years

Note:

If you have been a cab controller in London – You are almost guaranteed a Job in Lahore.
