Taking advantage of business demands, we are hiring an exceptional Lead Sales / Business Development Executive, where you’ll be responsible for generating leads and closing the deals - taking the prospect from all stages of the sales funnel.

THE ROLE

As Lead Sales/Business Development Executive, you will be accountable for the growth of new business and sustaining current client relationships. This will be achieved by planning, creating and executing sales strategies. You will use your strong knowledge of the agency’s core services (Social Media Marketing, eCommerce, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Design, Web Development and help desk) to think laterally about business planning, focusing on the USP of the agency and creating market-leading concepts. Meeting and exceeding targets, you will perform a leading role for business development, assisting your team in client management and new business acquisition, and contributing to the development of services in line with the business’ vision.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in new business/account management - agency background preferable
  • Ability to plan and deliver a sales strategy that results in the growth of the business
  • Creative thinker focused on best solutions for clients at all times
  • Creating leads by showcasing products and/or services, and converting leads into sales
  • Strong understanding of the Sales process and proven success track record
  • Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments with the company’s products
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Preparing presentations and sales displays
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations and also learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiative.
  • English spoken must be fluent & Good written is required
  • Able to lead the sales process in a sustainable manner, in a growing business from our current clients (cross sell/upsell), ensuring at all times you are focusing on ROI for the customers
