Qualification & Experience:

  • Atleast bachelors degree or above with 5 years of experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of a stock brokerage is a plus plus
  • Excellent grip on Microsoft Excel and its relevant tools
  • Must be adaptive to technology and new software/tools
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with multi-tasking abilities. 
  • A positive mind set.

 Responsibilities:

  • Candidates will be required to provide client support via chat, calls and emails
  • Addressing client queries timely with 100% satisfaction level
  • Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
  • Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to respective company directors for accurate redressal.
