Managing a team of lab technicians and plan their day to day activities, as per business priorities assigned by the Technical Manager
Working closely with production, sales, R&D and technical service teams to resolve issues related to batch approval
Liaising closely with other regional technical teams to resolve technical issues
Setting objectives and action plans to improve relevant KPIs
Ensuring all aspects of Quality Control, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and ISO are according to company standards
Ensuring new laboratory equipment is purchased, calibrated and well maintained as per standards
Supporting projects related to efficiency and business improvement
Candidate must be having expertise in powder coating Industry
