Position 1: Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities :

Be accountable for local financial bookkeeping and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and Corporate guidance (e.g. Pakistan GAAP, Accounting Rules, etc.).
Take the lead on General Ledger activities, drive and coordinate the overall closing process for year-end/month-end closing, and provide valuable input on accounting treatment and financial analysis （checking report, vouchers, binding, etc.,）.
Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations and P&L account details.
Coordinate the external and internal audit and ensure adherence to reporting deadlines and preparation of the audit file
Work closely with the tax team on adjustments.
Maintain an organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions
Develop, establish, and streamline the accounting processes and procedures
Perform ad hoc project /task as assigned or required

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting
Can-do attitude, down-to-earth, self-motivated
Good analytical skills, innovative and continuous improvement mindset
Proactive mentality and able to work under high pressure
Strong leadership skills to manage and develop team, role model type
Be willing and able to learn new things quickly
Good skills in MS Office (e.g. EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
Be willing to short travel for jobs domestically and internationally

Language skills & proficiency:

Good English skills in Reading, Writing, and Speaking

Required experience:

Have strong knowledge of Pakistan GAAP/IFRS and local taxation
At least 10 years+ working experience in finance or accounting
3 years+ people management experience and project management experience
Solid accounting software experience is required.
Qualification in Finance & Accounting e.g. CPA, ACCA, and Big 4 experience is a plus
