Must be aware of maintaining the company’s hiring structure by updating all required jobs and descriptions for required positions.
Arranging and conducting interviews, recruiting, conducting training sessions with newly hired staff and training them for respective jobs accordingly.
Should be familiar to implement company’s policies, managing AMS, maintaining discipline in office, taking care of rules and regulations.
Should be able to create ads, posting jobs, arranging and conducting on-job training sessions.
Able to work on payroll information by collecting time and attendance records for every individual
Maintaining employee's confidence and protecting operations by keeping HR information confidential.
Maintains quality service by maintaining and following organization standards.
Able to Work for the Company's Growth.
Building Relationship with HR.
Any relevant task can be assigned additionally.
Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Must be eligible to work on interpersonal and analytical skills
Must have good time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline.
Must have good focused online searching skills.
