As part of our organic growth plan to grow and expand our newly established office in Lahore, we are currently seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who will be comfortable working within a start-up environment, however, will have the support of an experienced consultant behind them.
This role is best suited to energetic and enthusiastic individuals who will be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment and eager to build business from the ground-up.
Role & Responsibilities
• 360 Recruitment and Business Development.
• Building client relationships and engaging with prospective customers to offer our solutions and services.
• Managing the full end to end recruitment cycle of perm hires, payroll solutions and retained search.
• Promote our solution offerings to customers across US, Europe and the wider EMEA region.
• Experience of working in either Europe, US or middle east within 360 recruitment. (Further training will be provided to the right individual)
• Knowledge of the full recruitment process from sourcing jobs, identifying candidates through to negotiating salary and onboarding.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate and onboard new customers.
• Commercial acumen to negotiate and discuss mark-up with prospective clients.
• Native or bilingual command over English language
• Can do attitude towards generating leads and completing sales cycles.
