Understand a project’s scope and create deliverables/milestones.
Monitor projects on a regular basis, evaluating progress and quality, and managing issue resolution process to ensure corrective actions are taken.
Maintain the quality of all project document/data to assure the integrity of a project.
Coordinate schedule of activities related to the project.
Assist in project assessment, risk identification and analyzing project benefits.
Provide support to the Project Manager in developing and communicating detailed project plans and quality plans, with applicable stakeholders.
Work with the Development to prioritize, plan, and execute the development schedule.
Measure performance through project tracking to ensure that release criteria is being properly met.
Assist Project Manager to monitor progress of the projects and make adjustments as needed
Identify and resolve project issues and coordination of change requests
Use technology to ensure all parties are informed on schedule, progress and issues in the project.
Ability to manage Project Assumptions, Constraints & Dependencies.
Manage communication management plan against different kind of projects as per need.
Manage stakeholders, cost, scope & budget of projects.
Generate Leads and Sales.
Develop Sales strategies
Work on company provided platforms
