As a Mid-level Business Analyst you will assist and work closely with the Sr. BA, and can expect your day-to-day responsibilities at different levels to include the understanding of the following:
How the business workflows operationally.
How it is done within our organization
By analyzing the business process (a textual model) and creating business process flow diagrams (a visual model), in association with the Sr. BA.
Software Level
How the software system supports business workflows
How it is done within our organization
By understanding the third-party tools that can be leveraged to make the business model successful. By Collaboratively working with the team.
Information Level
How data and information are stored and maintained by an organization.
How it is done within our organization
By data modeling techniques include an entity-relationship diagram (ERD), data dictionary, data map, and system context diagram.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Essential Qualification
Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, etc.
Preferred Qualification
Certification/ Diploma in Business analytics
Experience
2 - 3 years experience in the similar job profile
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing necessary assistance and support to senior BAS
- To understand the strategic direction of organization and do research on new ideas/initiatives the firm may want to pursue, under the guidance of Sr. BA
- Strong time management skills and increased acumen for planning.
- Build flow Diagrams as instructed by senior BAs providing necessary assistance
- Create Design Screens using Figma and visio.
- Assist in planning the sprints with Sr. BA to finish the project in a given deadline.

The Mid Level Business Analysts have evolved successfully as Sr.BAs, technical experts and Project business owners within the organization, just in a span of two-three years with a fast-paced personal and professional growth.
Technical Role
Perform Technical analysis/evaluation/find options
1: Technical feasibility of the business requirement
2: Third-party tools that can be integrated to perform the required function:
- Develop Data and process flow model and manage that at the team and management level.
- Understand and build the user interface
- Design Figma screens
- Understand various user interface concepts
Perform Technical Documentation
- Assist Sr BA to create modules in JIRA and track the progress assigned to the team
- Assist in designing the sprints and managing the performance of the team.
Managerial Role
- Assist Sr BAs to build project flow diagrams.
- Guide team to execute the project.
Conduct Research, cost/benefit Analysis,close follow-up with the team and junior BAS by ensuring the assigned task are completed, and report to sr BAS
Document business requirement gathering, project updates and information on confluence.
Functional Role
- Project planning and Execution in collaboration with sr BA
- Understanding /Execution of Tools used within the organizations-Airtale.com,
- Monday.com, JIRA, Visio, confluence,Figma, Ms office
- Prepare written documentation to support the project, Report findings and present them whenever necessary.
Performs technical analysis/ evaluation/ finds options:
