1. Plan concepts by studying project brief.

2. Draft concepts by designing examples of logos, social media designs, illustrations and Web design(ui/ux).

6. Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

9. Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and to ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs

11. Develop and maintain strategic operational systems, tools, and processes, including participation in tactical and strategic development projects

Essential Qualification

1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Graphics design, or equivalent degree or certification.

Preferred Qualification

1. Good command on designing promotional materials, corporate branding and website designing

2. Experience in software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.

3. Experience in leading complex projects with a cross-functional teams.

4. Capacity to generate detailed design concepts, documentation, and prototypes

5. A design portfolio that showcases proficient design craft and creative thinking

6. Experience working with or creating design systems and frameworks.

Experience

3+ years of IT experience with minimum of 3 years' experience as a Senior/Lead level.
