We are looking for content designers who would be involved in developing a digital curriculum designed for primary students. The candidate should have at least a year’s experience of teaching primary grade subjects such as English, Maths, Urdu and Science. He/she should have a grasp on concepts related to these subjects and should be able to articulate them in a compelling way in the form of videos.
Storytelling & Creativity: This position requires a high level of creativity. The candidate should be able to bring dry concepts to life through the art of storytelling, hence story writing is an essential skill. He/She should also be able to generate interest within the lessons with the help of a variety of audio-visual techniques, graphics and storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and interest in design would be highly appreciated
Craziness: Anyone who applies needs to be a dreamer, and should have an ability to generate the most outrageous of ideas. This is a skill that makes every Orendian special at what they do, and allows us to keep on pushing the envelope in terms of what is possible in education.
Adaptability: The candidate will be required to use different mediums and techniques required for creating digital content, hence willingness and openness to learn new skills such as animation, design, on-screen appearances and doing voice-overs will be critical.
Punctuality: The candidate should have a strong work ethic and willingness to accept responsibility.Skills like ability to meet deadlines, working under pressure and timeliness are highly important.
Social Responsibility: The ideal candidate should strongly be driven by working for the cause of education.
