- Periodic visits of relevant branches according to approved plan.
- Periodic inventory reconciliation of relevant branches.

- Reviewing aging report of Accounts Receivable on monthly basis for timely collection.
- Ensure that PDC’s are timely collected against sales as per company policy.
- Physical verification of PDC’s on periodic visits.
- Ensuring existence and efficient operation of effective accounting and internal control system.
- Ensure timely execution of Monthly sales policy in SAP of relevant branches.
- Verification/reconciliation of bank deposit slips with SAP.
- Verification of stock on monthly basis.
- Stock aging analysis of branch and make sure to compliance of FIFO Method
- 100% Compliance of batch management policy.
- Making sure for monthly closing of branches like invoices, payment posting discount posting and reconciliations.
- Monitor daily petty cash expense posting in Branch Cash Journal
- Monitor monthly Branch expense detail
- Supervise Asset capitalization related issue of branch
- Re-imbursement of head office expenses incurred in branches
- Payment/ Monitoring of branches freight expenses.

The Beginning of OGC: Orient appeared on the horizons of trading business of Pakistan in 1957.
