Analyze the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position; evaluate and recommend investments and other financial instruments to meet these cash flow needs Ensures maximum efficiencies of cash
11. Ensures the accuracy of the periodic cash payment schedule for sign-off
12. Monitoring Accounts Receivables of the Company, preparation of status reports, Aging Analysis, validation and posting of debit / credit advices and adjustments as per terms of agreement and Company policies. Ensure compliance with the Credit policy of the Company
13. Doing month / year end reconciliations with the customers and suppliers and resolution of the issues in professional manner
14. Preparation of withholding tax statements and reconciliation with income tax ledgers
15. Ensuring accurate Income Tax and Sales Tax withholding from payments
16. Manages and produces templates for the monthly reforecasts and annual budgets
17. Ensures journal entries are in the correct entities and provides support for GL coding
18. Ensures monthly reporting to project leads and senior management is produced and is an accurate reflection of actuals and include the information required by the team
19. Analyze monthly variations to budget and reforecast and provide details as to their variances
20. Regular and thorough reporting to the senior management with good presentation
21. Comprehend and interpret policies, procedures, laws, regulations of the Group and its different Companies.
IT Skills: Proficiency using Microsoft Office application suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio diagramming/flowcharting, and other business software to prepare reports, memos, summaries and analysis.
Technical Skills: Grip on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Internal Audit Standards, Taxation Laws, Corporate laws and Compliance, Risk Management practices, Strong Analytical Skills, Coordination and Communication skills.

The Beginning of OGC: Orient appeared on the horizons of trading business of Pakistan in 1957. The GROUP started with the establishment of Orient Colour Labs, a humble business in photo optics and photo finishing and in just 40 years of operations it has developed into one of the largest trading company in Pakistan dealing in popular brand names in consumers' electronics, audio and video goods, photographic equipment, cell phones and lighting products. The Group imports all renowned brands from America, Japan, Europe, Germany and Italy and has business deals with such international names in the consumer products' market as Mitsubishi, Yashica, Osram, Sanyo and a number of Italian and German companies. The Growth: The founder Mian Muhammad Fazal was determined to take on the business world and realize his vision and aspirations of expanding the business operations. An Import Division was established in 1975 and the company carved a niche for itself as a major contributor towards the country's economic progress by earning recognition on the international level. In 1983, Orient became a private limited company and laid out a network of Mini Color Labs throughout the country. In 1985 the Group embarked upon marketing operation of consumer products and electronics equipments and received great response.
