Makes SOP’s for newly designed processes and procedures
Makes training manuals for the convenience of end-users for the newly designed processes and procedures and if there is change in existing process
Develops proposed business processes if users’ requirement are approved and can be implemented in SAP.
Takes initiative in resolving the concerns of End-Users so that Company operations are carried out on timely basis
Tests the newly developed processes on quality assurance server and ensures its reliability and integration with other modules of SAP
Liaising with External Departments and coordinating within department.
Provides trainings of new processes to End-Users; provides trainings to newly hired employees and interns.
Keeps check and balance of the authorization matrix of End-Users as per their assigned roles
Grants/Revokes authorizations to End-Users as per requirement after performing testing

The Beginning of OGC: Orient appeared on the horizons of trading business of Pakistan in 1957. The Growth: The founder Mian Muhammad Fazal was determined to take on the business world and realize his vision and aspirations of expanding the business operations. An Import Division was established in 1975 and the company carved a niche for itself as a major contributor towards the country's economic progress by earning recognition on the international level. In 1983, Orient became a private limited company and laid out a network of Mini Color Labs throughout the country. In 1985 the Group embarked upon marketing operation of consumer products and electronics equipments and received great response.
