- Supervise material orders and dispatching in order to ensure rational use.
- Receive orders and deliveries, identifying potential discrepancies against cargo manifest or other, and reporting them. Stores materials in accordance with the system in place in order to ensure continuous availability.
- Ensure that all items are well organized and correctly stored, well protected, fully identified and easily accessible (cleanliness, security, access, etc.).
- Control warehouse facilities in order to ensure materials good keeping conditions.
- Follows up stock levels with regards to alarm thresholds, stock out, expiry dates and make a report and passes it to the supervisor
- Assist the line manager with preparation of the stock report
- Responsible for monitoring the store temperature and ensure Cold Chain items are stored in an adequate temperature
- Appropriately manages the EPREP stock, ensuring any items within it are reported if they reach less than 6 months remaining shelf life.
