To enhance customer relationships by delivering World Class Service maintaining and improving service levels to all customers and dealing with all enquiries promptly and in a courteous manner.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focus on delivering World Class Services to Sales Force.
Process orders in a fast and accurate manner.
Handling Customer complaints and queries in a courteous manner
Always deal customers with Greetings and positive body language personally or over phone.
Vocal expressions are professional all the time
Well groomed all the time
Observe punctuality and discipline as communicated by Supervisor.
Ensure all defined SOP’s are being followed religiously.
