Internees are required in Two departments, Global HR and Service Delivery.

Following will be the Description for Internee SD:

  • Global Resource handling.
  • Project work-plan coordination and control, this involves setting up plans, tracking actual progress, and reporting variances.
  • Coordinating project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • 100% ownership of projects.
  • Project review and reporting.
  • Keep the status updated on daily basis.
  • Provision of standard data analysis and metrics e.g. earned value and productivity analysis.
  • Coordinating with our international clients in impeccable written and spoken English.
  • Liaison with Global Resources, Clients and Financial Management to ensure smooth running of the project.
  • Production of status reports for weekly management meetings and executive management meetings to facilitate fact-based decision making.
  • Day-to-day management of various project control processes, including deliverable configuration management, issue and risk management, scope/change control, resource management and quality management.

 

Following will be the Description for Internee Recruiter:

·      Understanding the job descriptions of assigned position thoroughly with complete information of timeline

Research on technology terms and implementation concepts for clarification of job description as required

Define and document international resources recruitment procedure

Technical searches for temporary and permanent international staffing opportunities. Email, Call and qualify international candidates.

Daily interaction with Projects Team working on open requirements.

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and jobsites.

Arrange Technical interviews by coordinating schedules.

Maintaining the internal database properly.

Any additional task can be assigned or rearranged.
